Privacy Policy

Last updated September 16, 2026

Beyond Care Network (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and how you can contact us about it. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

When you request a consultation, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, city, who needs care, the type of help needed and when it's needed. We don't ask for health information on this website. We collect that later, directly, when we assess care needs.

Like most websites, we also collect basic information about how the site is used, such as pages visited, the device and browser used, and approximate location, through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

We use your contact details to respond to your request and arrange your consultation. We do not sell your personal information.

We use website analytics and advertising tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, to understand how people find and use our site and to measure whether our advertising works. These providers may use cookies. You can limit this through your browser settings, Google's Ads Settings, and Meta's ad preferences.

Keeping it safe

Information sent through our form is transmitted securely and only shared with the people on our team who need it to arrange care. We keep personal information only as long as we need it for these purposes or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@beyondcarenetwork.com or calling (226) 506-7013.
