Care that grows with their needs
Many families start with overnight care after a fall or a hospital stay, and reduce the hours as things settle. Others move to longer shifts as needs grow. The care plan changes with them.
For extended and 24-hour care, we plan the caregiver schedule in advance so you know who is coming and when.

Overnight: Common Questions
Will the caregiver stay awake overnight?
Tell us what happens at night now, and we'll recommend the right level of overnight support during your consultation.
Is 24-hour home care an alternative to long-term care?
For some families, yes, at least for a period of time. We'll talk honestly about whether care at home can meet your family member's needs safely.
How quickly can care start?
Often within a few days of your consultation, and sometimes sooner. If you need help urgently, for example for a hospital discharge, call us at (226) 506-7013 and we'll tell you straight away what we can arrange.
How much does home care cost?
It depends on the type of care and how many hours you need. At your free consultation we'll recommend a care plan and tell you exactly what it will cost before anything starts, with no obligation. Some private insurance plans and Veterans Affairs Canada programs help with the cost of home care, so it's worth checking your coverage.
Will we have the same caregiver?
We aim to keep the same caregiver, or a small consistent team, for every client. If a change is needed, we tell you ahead of time and introduce the new caregiver.
