Many of the people who use this website are older adults, or are arranging care for someone with a disability. We want everyone to be able to use it easily.
What we've done
- Large, high-contrast text and buttons that are easy to tap
- Pages that work with screen readers and keyboard navigation
- Clear headings and plain language
- Motion kept to a minimum, and turned off if your device asks for reduced motion
- A phone number on every page for anyone who prefers to talk
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as expected under Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
